1) Birthday parties organised by us take place in the “Bajkowa Kraina” playroom at the Bryllandia Centre, ul. Piaskowa 28, 63-230 Witaszyce.
2) A provisional birthday party date may be booked by telephone or in person.
3) A birthday party is organised after the birthday party arrangements form has been completed and a deposit has been paid in cash or by bank transfer.
4) A birthday party date booked without a deposit will be held for up to 5 days.
5) The deposit paid by the customer is for a specific date and is non-refundable.
6) The minimum deposit is PLN 200. If additional attractions are ordered, the deposit amount is agreed individually.
7) In unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled (notice must be given at least 7 days before the event).
8) The birthday room is made available to the party organisers 10 minutes before the celebration.
9) Face painting and entertainment activities run by outside providers are prohibited.
10) Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited, with the exception of a birthday cake.
11) A separate birthday room is available exclusively to the child and their guests throughout the birthday party. The birthday room hire period is 2 hours (time is counted from the agreed start time, not from when the guests have gathered).
12) The “Bajkowa Kraina” playroom remains available to other customers during the birthday party.
13) The outstanding balance for the birthday party is payable on the day of the event.
14) The refreshments we provide are for children. Refreshments for parents (coffee, tea, cake, dessert, etc.) are served at an additional charge, according to the price list available in our café.
15) For hygiene reasons, refreshments prepared for children must be consumed only in the birthday room.
16) The customer must provide information about the number of children no later than one day before the event.
17) The minimum number of children at a birthday party is 8. The customer must pay the agreed fee for 8 children.
18) If the guest list is expanded, the organiser pays for each additional person according to the current birthday party price list.
19) If fewer guests attend the event, the costs remain unchanged.
20) The Bryllandia Centre is not responsible for belongings left in the playroom or anywhere else on the premises.
21) The playroom is intended for children up to 10 years of age.
22) No admission fee is charged to the parents of the birthday child or of the invited guests.
23) The birthday party organiser (the birthday child's legal guardian) is responsible for the guests invited to the “Bajkowa Kraina” playroom.
24) The birthday child's legal guardian is responsible for any damage resulting from failure to comply with the rules.
25) The organiser is not responsible for children's safety during the birthday party.
26) Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these rules.
27) The playroom is a socks-only area, so wearing socks is mandatory.
28) Birthday party participants must comply with the main rules of the “Bajkowa Kraina” playroom.
29) Information about the birthday package and the birthday party description are available in the “Bajkowa Kraina” playroom and form an integral part of these rules.
