Bryllandia Hotel Rules

§1 General Provisions

1. These rules govern the provision of services, liability and stays on the premises of the Bryllandia Hotel, managed by PHU „BRYLL” S.C. KRZYSZTOF BRYLL, JOLANTA BRYLL, MARTYNA BRYLL-WALAS, with its registered office at ul. Piaskowa 28, 63-230 Witaszyce, NIP: 6172162246, REGON: 300706110.
2. These rules apply to all Guests on the hotel premises.
3. Making a reservation or checking in at the hotel constitutes the Guest's acceptance of these rules.

§2 Check-in and Check-out Times

1. Hotel rooms are rented on a daily basis.
2. The hotel day begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
3. Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the period specified in their reservation should notify reception by 10:00 on the day their room rental ends. The hotel will accommodate requests to extend a stay subject to room availability.

§3 Quiet Hours

1. Quiet hours at the hotel are from 22:00 to 6:00.
2. During this time, Guests are asked to behave in a manner that does not disturb other people staying at the hotel.

§4 Pet Policy

1. Pets may stay at the hotel only by prior arrangement and with the hotel's consent.
2. Guests staying with pets must provide them with appropriate care and ensure they do not disturb other Guests.

§5 Smoking Ban

1. Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all shared areas of the hotel.
2. E-cigarettes may only be used in Guests' rooms.
3. Violating the smoking ban will result in a penalty of PLN 5,000 and may lead to the Guest's immediate removal from the hotel without a refund for their stay.

§6 Use of Electrical Appliances and Hazardous Materials

1. The use of electrical appliances with a power rating exceeding 200 W is prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the premises, in particular:
◊ Electric fan heaters,
◊ Portable refrigerators,
◊ Other high-power appliances.

2. Bringing in and using hazardous materials, such as pyrotechnics and gas appliances, including camping stoves, is prohibited on hotel premises.
3. Violating the above prohibitions will result in a penalty of PLN 5,000 and may lead to the Guest's immediate removal from the hotel without a refund for their stay.

§7 Use of Shared Appliances

1. Guests may use a refrigerator, electric kettle and iron free of charge on the hotel premises. Please contact hotel staff to access these appliances.

§8 Use of the Conference and Recreation Room

1. The conference and recreation room is available only with the hotel's consent and subject to availability.
2. The room must be used in accordance with the rules established by the hotel.

§9 Room Cleaning

1. Rooms are cleaned in the Guest's absence unless the Guest requests alternative cleaning arrangements.
2. Hotel staff have the right to enter a room in justified circumstances, such as breakdowns, safety risks or maintenance needs.

§10 Guests' Liability

1. Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage, destruction or soiling of the hotel's property, furnishings and technical equipment caused by them or their visitors.
2. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for damage caused after their departure.

§11 Hotel Liability

1. The hotel is liable for loss of or damage to belongings brought in by Guests to the extent specified in the Civil Code.
2. Guests should notify reception of any damage immediately upon discovering it.
